FIGHTING IN CHINA.
2000 REBELS KILLED. FOREIGNERS SAFE. London, September 22. Tho Foreign Office has received a reassuring cable regarding the safety of foreigners at Chcngtii. Pekin reports that Chcngtii foreigners are still unable to leave. It is reported that two thousand rebels have been killed.
