MUNICIPAL TRADING.
STORES AND MEALS AT COST PRICE. (Received 18, 9.45 a.m.) Paris, September 17. The Cherbourg and oiner municipalities are buying provisions and* reselling them, despite pecuniary loss, at the market prices of an ordinary year. In a little while they will open municipal stores and restaurants, where meals will be supplied at cost price, without charging expenses of management.
