UNREST IN CHINA.
TROOPS BOTTLED UP. Pekin, September 14. The Viceroy of Chingtu has 8000 modern troops in the province, whereof 2000 are at Chingtu. It is impossible for reinforcements to reach Chingtu in less than a mouth.
