Inciting placards are placed in many quarters of Paris, but at present without result. (Received 11, 9 a.m.) Paris, September 10. Fifteen soldiers, several of the pel ice, and many rioters, were injured ir the rioting at Brest. The house weavers continue te attack the retailers and market garden ors in many centres.
