RUSSO-JAPANESE WAR.
ALL CLAIMS SETTLED
St. Petersburg, August, 30. Russia and Japan have arrived at a friendly compromise in connection with the hospital ships Orel and Angora, which were captured during the war. The Angora will be returned by Japan, and Russia acquires the Orel for £15,000. The Czar and the Mikado have exchanged friendly telegrams. The Russian, a semi-official journal, iu commenting on this, announces that all claims arising out of the war have been definitely settl'd, without resort to arbitration, on terms evidencing mutual friendship.
