A RUNAWAY MOTOR.

TEN PEOPLE KILLED. Loudon, August 27. A motor charabanc was conveying thirty-three choristers near Consett, when the brakes failed, and it dashed downhill at a terrific pace, colliding with a tree. Five men and five women were killed, and two girls are in a precarious state. The remainder were injured.
