SIR JOSEPH WARD.
RUAPEHU’S ARRIVAL DELAYED. (Per Press Association ) Wellington, August 23. Sir Joseph Ward sent a wireless message to-night stating that tho Ruapehu is encountering rough and boisterous weather, and will probably not arrive before 10 o’clock on Friday night. Tho reception committee meets to-morrow to discuss what alterations will be necessary in the reception arrangements.
