DRILL HALL DESTROYED.
(Per Press Association.) Dunedin, August V.2. Tho old Volunteer Hall at Mosgiel together with the fruit store occupied by Mrs Smith were destroyed by fire on Sunday morning. The store, belonging to Hitchon, of Milton, was insured for £3OO in the New Zealand office, the furniture for £2OO in tho Victoria and the fittings for £SO in the Victoria. Tho hall contents were owned by Thomas Fogg and were insured for £SOO in the Northern office. ’
