UPPER MANGAEHU NO. 11. LOAN OF £2500. IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by ‘‘The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1908,” and “The New Zealand State Guaranteed Advances Act, 1909,” and Amendments, the Whangamomona County Council hereby resolves as 'follows - That for tho purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a loan of £2500, authorised to be raised by the Whangamomona County Council under the abovementioned Acts, for the purpose of forming to dray road width and grading the Upper Mangaehu Read from the end of the present ■formation to the Kohi Road Junction and thenceforward in grading and forming to dray road width the Ivoh.i Road for as far as the lean money will allow, the said Whanga- toniona County Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of Threepence (3d) in the pound upon the rateable value of all the rateable property of the Upper Mangaehu No. 11.
