At Stratford on Tuesday, August 1, we had a full yarding of useful cattle, together with a few pens of sheep, most of which were quitted at satisfactory' prices. Outside buyers were in attendance, with the result that two large mobs left the district from this sale. Forward coirs made £3 17s id to £4 4s, store to fresh do. £3 Is to £3 lOs. A large line of store cows made £3 ss, 2.1 year steers £4 ss, 2 year heifers £3 Ids, yearling coloured heifers £2 Is to £2 15s, yearling Moors 33s Gd to 445, weaners mixed 27s to 325, springing heifers £5 5s to CG 15s Gil, lambs Os 3d to Os lOd, small 5s lOd, cull ewes 3a 3d to 3s Bd.
