PERSIAN AFFAIRS.
(Received 18, 8.50 a.in.) Teheran, July 17. Salaredd.owlch is proclaiming the deposed monarch, Mohamcd Ali, as Shall. It is reported that 800 of the former’s horsemen have occupied Harnadu. The Mejliss (National Council) lias unanimously resolved to recall Sardar Assad, chief of the Baklitiaii tribe, ex-Ministcr of. the Interior, to deal with the rebellious chief.
