NAPIER'S NEW THEATRE.

(Per Preae Association.) Napier, July 15. The Hon. Mr Pitt arrived from Melbourne with plans for the municipal theatre which will cost from £IB,OOO to £20,000. The plans show a building of elaborate design, to seat 1000. The Council adopted the plans and resolved to invito tenders ladmnable on July 31st.
