IRISH AFFAIRS.
(Received 14, 9.25 a.m.) London, July 13. The Irish Nationalists are asking Mr Lloyd-Gcorge to concede a separate Irish insurance fund, with separate commissioners, separate administrations, the elimination of medical benefit and smaller contributions by employers and employed; and that the minimum membership of an approved society bo 500. Mr Donelan, Nationalist Whip, was returned unopposed for East Wicklow.
