HONOURING OUR 'PRIME MINISTER (Received 8, 8.5 a.in ) London, July 7. Sir Joseph Ward and Mr Fisher had a splendid reception at the various Glasgow functions. Sir .Joseph, at a luncheon in the City Chamicis, said New Zealanders would be pleased to receive the Lord Provost’s message affecting their, good will. Lord Kitchener, in receiving the Freedom of the City, remarked that he was particularly pleased to be associated with Sir Joseph Ward and Mr Fisher, because, he submitted, their Governments’ military re-organi-sation was now being carried out with thdjfc' thoroughness which so notably matked all New Zealand’s and Australia’s undertakings.
