BUILDING ENCROACHMENTS.
(Per Tress Association.) Auckland, June 30. The City Council has instructed its solicitor to bring an action against the Dehvorth trustees to test the ■ uestion of the ‘ encroachment of a largo number of Queen Street properties on the alignment of Queen Street. Tho test case deals with the Waitomata Hotel, which, according to the Government survey, encroaches ton feet.
