BOXING.
WAIRARAPA TOURNAMENT. (Per Press Association.) Masterton, June 28. A tournament in connection with the Wairarana Boxing Association was held in the T6wn Hall to-night, when there was a largo attendance. In the bantam weight contest G. Parr (Masterton) defeated J. Ferguson (Hawke’s Bay). In the feather-weight contest between F. Kerr (To Horo) and F. Ellis (Wellington), the latter won.
