SOME SHARP CRITICISMS. London, June 27. In the House of Commons, while discussing the Homo Office Vote, Mr Lyttelton sharply criticised Mr Churchill's use of Ids prerogative in not refraining from appeals to the gallery, particularly regarding the “Dartmoor Shepherd. He also criticised bis conduct in the Tou-y-Paudv riots and the Sidney Street affray (Houusditch riots). The reduction in the vote was rejected by 17 J votes to 1 |;i.
