COURSING.
The Taranaki Plumpton Coursing Olub will hold its next meeting at Havvera on sth and 6th July. The sport ■ a growing in popularity in this dis-;;-ict, and the club is making line j ropxss. A largo number of good strong local lucres have been seemed, and they are now under the care of Air. Marry Jones, an export trainer, while tiic committee is sparing neither expense no pains to bring uie meeting to a successful issue. Mr. T. Trask is the hon. secretary, and the excellently arranged programme will bo found iii another column.
