CONGRATULATORY MESSAGES. (Per Press Association ) Auckland, Juno 23. In a telegram to Mr. F. Lawry, M.P., Sir dames Carrol) states that he has received 1271 telegrams from all parts of New Zealand, and over 100 cablegrams from Australia, congratulating him on tho honour bestowed by His Majesty the King.
