The Taranaki Metropolitan Cominittec, after a hearing extending ever two evenings, reversed the decision in the appeal of Robert Barlow .trainer and jockey, against the finding of 'the Egmont Racing Club, whose !..{•■ wards, imposed on him a disqualification for twelve months for alleged “palling” of the horse Master Svlvia in the Railway Handicap at the Egmont winter meeting.
