THE TERRITORIALS.
A FIXE mi XT
The Defence Office 1 like to hear from .Messrs. .James Middlemiss and Henry Stcffert. These men liave made out registration forms, hut have given insufficient addresses. It is a matter open to argument--perhaps a great deal—whet lie r the address being insufficient, t lie registration is complete, or whetlier the men concerned can be proceeded against for non-registration. As the matter stands now, no address being given, the men may be regarded as not registered for all practical purposes.
