SUPREME COURT.
WELLINGTON SESSIONS. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington. Last Night. At the Supreme Court to-day, George Stewart Ncish, about IS years of age, charged with indecently assaulting a boy aged 7, was found not guilty. A charge of theft of a mare brought against Arthur Gifford St. Clair Isbistef, in respect of which the jury disagreed last week, was re-hcard. The jury - found accused not guilty. 11
