SUPER-SUBMARINES

(Rec. 8.50 p.m.) WASHINGTON, October 27. Japan has produced four supersubmarines combining armament with a large passenger and cargo capacity, according to reports received from the Korean National Front Association. A large number is scheduled for early completion. The submarines are believed to be of 4500 tons gross, with a cruising range of 20,000 miles. They mount four 6-inch guns and have two collapsible planes. One travelled to Europe and returned to Japan carrying 300 German aeroplane and shipbuilding experts.
