Cases For Next Week The quarterly sitting of the Supreme Court at Invercargill will open next Tuesday. The following cases have been set down for hearing:— For trial.—Harry George Batchelor, on a charge of assault, causing actual bodily harm. Before Judge and Jury.—Doris Eileen Jaquiery v. Herbert Duff Collie, claim for £2374 damages arising from a motor accident. Bernard Wallace Dimond v. John Mill and Co. Ltd.—Claim for £2240 damages arising from an accident in a wool store. Wilfred George McCurdy v. Herbert Victor Rumler.—Claim for £2075 damages arising from a motor accident. Margaret Campbell Valli v. the Ohai Railway Board.—Claim for £3523 damages arising from an accident. Alwyn Alfred Parker v. Leon Dismore McVicker.—Claim for £668 damages arising from a motor accident.
