WINTON NEWS
BOWLS.— The opening of the Winton P..S.A. bowling green, which should have taken place last Saturday, had to be postponed for a week because of Inclement weather. Yesterday the Winton Central tc.wllng green was officially opened by the president, Mr R. S. Balch, who in the course of his remarks, mentioned that a patriotic tournament would be held shortly. Mi L. Brumby, president of the R.S.A. green, also spoke, and Mrs Balch rolled the first bowl.
