HEDGEHOPE CHORAL CLASS

A recital was given by the Hedgehope Choral Class in the Ryal Bush Hall last evening. The class was under the conductorship of Mr J. Simpson. Several items were given by the choir and the women’s quartet (Mesdames Graham, Rance and Diamond and Miss Templeton). Solos were given by Mesdames Beck and R. Ker. Misses P. Anderson, S. Campbell and C. Stewart, Messrs G. Key and J. Simpson. Misses Margaret and Mary McKay, Jean and Inez Hoare, Mrs Ker and Mr Key were heard in duets. A comedy sketch was provided by Messrs Diamond and McDowell. Selections were played by the Silver Tone band. The accompanists for the recital were Mesdames J. Simpson, Cowie and Ker and Miss I. McEarcher.
