THEFT OF GEORGETTE AND CREPE
(P.A.) WELLINGTON. October 21. Sydney Klinberg, managing director of Tiny Tots Clothing Manufacturing Company, was found guilty in the Supreme Ccurt today of the theft of 43,000 yards of georgette and 5000 yards of kabe crepe valued at £1179 beyonging to Woolworths (N.Z.) Ltd. Klinberg was found not guilty cn an alternative charge of receiving the goods from Raymond John Watts, knowing that they were dishonestly obtained. The jury made a strong recommendation to mercy. Mr Justice Blair remanded the prisoner for sentence.
