HEALTH STAMPS— The City Council has contributed the sum of £5 for the purchase of health stamps. Municipal conference—no Municipal Conference was held this year and the executive of the Municipal Association Is of the opinion that no conference should be held next year either. The City Council at Its meeting last night endorsed this opinion.
