Cool and Changeable (Special) WELLINGTON, October 20. Following is the special weather forecast for Southland issued by the Meteorological Office, Wellington:— Fresh to strong westerly to southwesterly winds. The weather cool and changeable with scattered showers chiefly near the coast and fair periods. The weather in Invercargill yesterday was fine and clear with a boisterous westerly wind throughout the day. At 1 o'clock this morning the weather was cool, calm and clear.
