Cloudy With Drizzle (Special) WELLINGTON, October 18. Following is the special weather forecast for Southland, issued by the Meteorological Office, Wellington:— Moderate northerly winds predominating. The weather cloudy with occasional drizzle or rain; temperatures moderate. The weather in Invercargill on Saturday was cold with a strong north-westerly wind. Yesterday the weather was calm, fine and sunny. The weather at 1 o’clock this morning was mild, calm and partly overcast. The barometer reading was 29.89 in (falling).
