Late News REPORTED MOVEMENTS OFF DAKAR
(Rec. 2.25 a.m.) LONDON, Oct. 14. Spanish diplomatic circles expect a change in the status quo in French West Africa within 48 hours, says the Madrid correspondent of the Germancontrolled Swedish Telegraph Agency. British and American troops are concentrated at Gambia, on the Senegal frontier, adds the agency. Reports that a large Allied convoy has been seen off Dakar cannot be confirmed.
