PRODUCTION OF U.S.
(Rec. 9.45 p.m.) NEW YORK, Oct. 8. “War production has increased by 350 per cent, since Pearl Har- \ hour,” declared Mr Eric Johnston, ' president of the United States Chamber of Commerce. One of the problems hindering production was the negative and discouraging propaganda reporting that the United Nations were losing the war, he said.
