INQUIRER—(I) Men graded 3 for military service have not been called up under any system of rotation, alphabetical or otherwise. The military authorities have called up men they thought would be useful to them. More grade 3 men will be called up. (2) A man who leaves a position in an unessential industry can be compelled to take work in an essential industry. Before he can be employed in another unessential industry his new employer must obtain the necessary permit.
