CROATIAN MINISTERS

Axis Supporters Disagree (Rec. 10.20 p.m.) LONDON, Oct. 6. It is officially announced in Zagreb (Yugoslavia) that the dictator of Croatia, Anton Pavelitch, is assuming toe Ministry of Defence, replacing General Kvaternik, who has been granted leave of absence for health reasons. The Daily Telegraph’s correspondent on toe German frontier says that leave of absence is tantamount to General Kvaternik’s dismissal and marks toe culmination of bitter political differences between the pro-Italian Pavelitch and toe pro-German Kvaternik. It also emphasizes the discord between supporters of Germany and Italy within their spheres of interest in the Balkans.
