Fether-Flake Pastry. Roll out thin, line patty pans or one large tin plate with pastry, half fill with Marmalade filling and bake twenty minutes. Filling: loz. butter; loz. sugar, 1 beaten egg, 2oz. flour, J- teaspoon baking powder, 2 tablespoons marmalade. Cream butter and sugar, add egg and other ingredients. Use as above.
