SAARBRUCKEN RAIDED
Successful Heavy Attack (Rec. 1.25 aun.) LONDON, September 2. A strong force of British bombers last night made a heavy and concentrated attack on Saarbrucken, centre of the German coal, iron and steel industries in the Saar. The Air Ministry says that the raid was an outstanding success. The weather was good and the targets were clearly seen. Only three bombers are missing. This is the third attack on Saarbrucken recently.
