THYSSEN A PRISONER.— It is reliably learned in Zurich that the Gestapo have taken prisoner Fritz Thyssen. They seized him in France, but have taken him to a villa near Berlin where he is under the protection of Reichsmarshal Hermann Goering because of his earlier services to the Nazi Party and the fact that he left certain documents abroad. Thyssen, a great industrialist of the Ruhr, financed the Nazis into power, but fled from Germany at the end of 1939. (London.)
