(P.A.) CHRISTCHURCH, September. 1. ■Hie annual accounts of the Farmers’ Cooperative Association of Canterbury, Ltd., for the year ended July 31, 1942, show a net profit of £6281. The dividend recommendations are the same as for last year, namely, 414 per cent, on first preference shares, 4 per cent, on A preference and B preference, and 2 per cent, on the paid-up capital of ordinary shares.
