SEPTEMBER PETROL RATION UNCHANGED
(P.A.) WELLINGTON, August 30. There will be no change in the petrol ration for private car owners for September, the Minister of Supply (the Hon. D. G. Sullivan) announced tonight. He added that coupon 18 would be redeemable at half its face value.
