LEAGUE OF MOTHERS At the annual meeting of the League of Mothers, Mrs J. D. Campbell presided over a good attendance. The election of officers resulted as follows: President. Mrs J. Stobo; vice-presidents, Mrs J. D. Campbell, Mrs I. Ruthven and Mrs C. Warburton; general committee, Mrs J. D. Cameron, Mrs G. Millard, Mrs R. Todd, Mrs P. Shaw, Mrs J. Hunt and Mrs G. McKechnie; treasurer and magazine secretary, Mrs W. Mayhew; honorary secretary, Mrs G. H. Greene; tea conveners, Mrs J. Peattie and Mrs A. Gibson; representative on Dominion Council for Southland, Mrs W. Mayhew; representative on executive committee in Dunedin, Mrs G. H. Hubbard. Miss June Campbell played two pianoforte solos.
