R.S.A. TO COMMUNICATE WITH NEXT OF KIN
(P.A.) WELLINGTON, August 19. Considering that it is both appropriate and desirable that the Returned Services Association should communicate with either the relations or next of kin of those members of the services who become casualties, the Dominion executive committee decided to ascertain what action is being taken by each of its ninety-four branches, states a report issued by the committee. Some branches have already set up organizations to handle this delicate question, and the R.S.A. women’s sections in various centres are doing excellent work in this direction, but the committee desires to ascertain details and collate the various methods adopted in order to take Dominion-wide this practice of communication with the relations of next of kin.
