PHOTOGRAPHIC CONTEST

(P.A.) WELLINGTON, August 10. The Wellington Camera Club has been placed first in this year’s annual photographic competition for the Bledisloe Cup with 1027 points. Auckland was second with 960 and then came Christchurch 948, Dunedin 884 and Waikato 828. The contest is held each year among camera clubs throughout the Dominion, each club supplying a set of 12 prints. The picture which received the highest individual marks this year is one entitled “Jack Ashore,” exhibited by H. Farmer McDonald, of the Wellington Camera Club.
