DUTCH SABOTAGE.— According to the Hilversum radio (Holland) the Germans offered a reward of £12,500 for information leading to the arrest of saboteurs who attacked a German military train near Rotterdam last night and also threatened to kill a number of Dutch hostages if the saboteurs were not surrendered by midnight on August 14. (London).
