POPE’S MESSAGE TO KING
(Received September 25, 11.45 p.m.) LONDON, September 25.
The Pope, through the Apostolic Delegate in London, Monsignor William Godfrey, has sent a message to the King and Queen congratulating them on their escape “when their residence was' made a military objective for continued bombing.”
