DAFFODIL SHOW

To The Editor Sir, —The Horticultural Society is devoting the whole proceeds of the Daffodil Show to the fund for Christmas parcels for men overseas. All labour and prize-money together with the sale of flowers at the conclusion of the show will add to the proceeds. Tickets are on sale at all seed shops and I would appeal to all business folk and the general public to support this effort by either purchasing a ticket or patronizing the show. —Yours, L. LENNIE, President, Horticultural Society. September 24, 1940.
