SALEYARDS AT WAIRIO After repairs and improvements, the Wairio saleyards will, now hold 8000 sheep on sale days,. This' was a statement made at .the- annual meeting of the Wairio Saleyards Company, when Mr T. Fraser presided over a fair attendance in the public hall. Farmers were thanked for their support, which had resulted in another successful year for the company. Mr Fraser was re-elected chairman, and Messrs J. A. Beck (vice-chairman), T. Johnstone and J. Walsh were reelected as directors. Mr D. M. Malloch was elected auditor. Mr C. Keen was elected chairman of the works committee.
