ANONYMOUS DONOR GIVES £lOO

Among the donations received yesterday by the treasurer of the Southland Provincial Patriotic Fund (Mr W. F. Sturman) for the relief of distress in London was one of £lOO, the gift of an anonymous donor who previously asked that the money be sent to the British Government as q contribution to the war effort. That gift will now be available for victims of the London air raids and will form part of Southland’s quota of £l5OO of the £lOO,OOO New Zealand has given for relief purposes. The amounts received yesterday were:—
