The salaries for Physical Welfare Officers will be up to £335 p.a., and for Assistant Physical Welfare Officers up to £305 p.a., both according to experience and qualifications, plus reasonable travelling allowances when absent from headquarters. It is desired that applicants should have a sound knowledge of and experience in physical training, and have shown some organization capacity in relation to voluntary recreative associations. Applicants should indicate whether or not they are prepared to accept appointment at any centre, and whether they prefer a locality or desire to restrict their choice of place.
