MOTOR-CYCLIST CHARGED WITH INTOXICATION
(United Press Association) AUCKLAND, September 16. A motor-cyclist, Arthur Leonard Higgins, aged 40, pleaded guilty in the Magistrate’s Court to a charge of intoxication while in charge of a motorvehicle. The Magistrate (Mr J. R. Morling) imposed a sentence of seven days’imprisonment.
