Pigs.—Weaners, £l/5/- to £l/13/-; s.m. stores, £l/10/- to £l/16/6; light porkers, £2/1/- to £2/4/-; sow and litter, £6/10/-; sows. £2 to £3; sow in pig, £5.
Poultry.—Hens, 2/- to 3/9; heavy breeds, 2/10 to 3/9; ducks, 3/- to 4/3. Cow and calf.—£lo.
Bacon pigs.—Prime bacon weights, 1201 b to 1501 b, 7d per lb, delivered at abattoirs.
Produce.—Table potatoes are in heavy supply and the demand is limited. Prime King Edwards, £4/10/-; inferior grade, poor demand; certified King Edward, Mother seed, group 2, £7; group 1, £8 a ton; K.P. potato manure, 12/6; K.P. garden manure, 12/6; K.P. super, 6/6; burnt lime, 4/6; carbonate of lime, 3/-; blood and bone, 11/6; bonedust, 14/6, 1401 b bags; chaff. £5/10/- to £5/15/-; straw, £3/5/-; hay, £4/15/- to £5; onions, 12/6; oats. 15/- to 17/6; barley, 21/-; crushed oats, 15/6; wheat, 19/- to 21/-.
